These Terms of Service govern your use of the StreamEast website at thestreameast.top, including its sports schedules, event pages, links and other website features. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These Terms apply only to thestreameast.top. Independent websites, broadcasters, embedded-content providers and advertising destinations have their own terms and policies.

1. About the Website

StreamEast organizes sports schedules and event information. Pages may include start times, status information, viewing references, links or content loaded from independent third-party providers. The website is not an official service of a league, team, athlete, broadcaster, event organizer or governing body unless a specific relationship is expressly identified and documented on the relevant page.

A listing, link, advertisement or embedded feature does not by itself mean that StreamEast owns, controls, licenses, sponsors or endorses the external content or provider. It also does not mean that the external provider sponsors, licenses or endorses StreamEast.

2. Eligibility and Personal Use

You may use the public website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. A minor who is permitted to use the website should do so with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The website is not directed to children under 13.

No account is currently required to browse the public schedule. These Terms do not create an account, subscription, membership, partnership, agency or employment relationship.

3. Event Information and Availability

Sports schedules, participants, start times, timezones, event status, broadcaster information and external availability can change without notice. StreamEast aims to present useful current information but does not guarantee that every listing is complete, accurate, continuously available or suitable for a particular purpose.

Confirm time-sensitive information with the relevant league, event organizer or broadcaster. Access to a third-party viewing service may depend on location, subscription, account status, device compatibility, blackout rules and that provider's current terms.

4. Embedded Content and External Services

Some pages may display players, chat features, widgets or other material supplied by independent third parties. Your browser may connect directly to those providers when the page loads or when you interact with a feature. StreamEast does not control their technology, content, uptime, geographic availability, data practices or decisions about access.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms, privacy notice and permissions of an independent service before using it. Do not install an unfamiliar application, extension, codec or media player, and do not provide passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity information in response to an unexpected prompt.

5. Advertising

Third-party advertising helps support the website. Depending on the page and your interaction, advertising may appear as a banner, overlay, or a new tab or window. Advertising destinations are operated by independent providers and may apply their own terms, cookies and data practices.

An advertisement is not a recommendation, guarantee or statement that StreamEast is affiliated with the advertiser. You may close an external advertising destination and return to thestreameast.top. StreamEast does not require an unexpected software download, browser-notification permission or payment submission merely to view a public schedule.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or any feature for an unlawful purpose or to violate another person's rights.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, probe restricted systems, introduce malicious code or interfere with the website's security or operation.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, overload or repeatedly query the website in a way that disrupts service or ignores published technical controls.
  • Misrepresent an affiliation with StreamEast or use the website to impersonate another person or organization.
  • Copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit original website text, design or code except where applicable law or written permission allows it.
  • Submit knowingly false correction reports, abusive messages, unlawful material or content that exposes another person's sensitive information.

Ordinary browser access, sharing a public page link and using standard search-engine indexing are not prohibited by this section, subject to published technical controls and applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights

Original text, organization, visual design and code created for StreamEast may be protected by intellectual-property law. This does not give StreamEast ownership of third-party video, broadcasts, league or team names, logos, trademarks, statistics or other material belonging to their respective owners.

Competition, team, athlete, event and broadcaster names may be used for identification and schedule organization. All associated trademarks and rights remain with their owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to copy or redistribute third-party content.

8. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that material available through a StreamEast-controlled page infringes your copyright, follow the notice procedure in the StreamEast DMCA Policy. A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the exact StreamEast URL or material involved, your contact information and the statements required by that policy.

9. Privacy and Cookies

Use of the website may involve server records, Google Analytics, cookies, embedded services, advertising technologies and information you provide when contacting us. The StreamEast Privacy Policy explains these practices and available choices. Continued browsing is not a substitute for cookie consent where applicable law requires a separate choice.

10. Website Changes, Suspension and Access

StreamEast may correct, update, restrict, suspend or remove a page or feature when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, rights protection or changes to the service. The website may be unavailable or may not work on every device or in every location. No uninterrupted availability or fixed service level is promised.

Access may be limited when activity appears unlawful, abusive, automated at a disruptive level or harmful to the website, its users or an independent provider. Any restriction remains subject to applicable law.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its information are provided on an 'as available' basis. StreamEast does not make a blanket promise that the website, a schedule, embedded feature, external destination or advertisement will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free from harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for your device settings, software choices, external accounts and decisions made on third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StreamEast Website Administration will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or an independent service. This includes loss caused by schedule changes, external-site decisions, advertising destinations, third-party content or service interruption when those matters are outside StreamEast's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including any liability that applicable law requires to remain available. Because legal rights differ by location, some exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

13. Reports and Communications

You may report an incorrect schedule, technical problem, privacy concern, security issue or other question through the Contact page. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you send. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, API keys, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive data.

Sending a message does not create a confidential, professional, employment, partnership or agency relationship. StreamEast may use the information provided to investigate and respond to the request in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable Law and Local Rights

These Terms operate subject to the laws that apply to the website operator and to any mandatory consumer or user rights that apply where you live. They do not require you to give up rights that cannot legally be waived. The appropriate law and forum for a dispute depend on the verified operator and the circumstances; these Terms do not invent a company location or jurisdiction that has not been publicly established.

15. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when website features, third-party services, legal requirements or operating practices change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
