Need to report an incorrect event time, a broken page or another issue? Email StreamEast Website Administration at info@thestreameast.top. A clear subject line and the relevant page URL will help us understand the request.
Use the guidance below to include the details needed for review. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, API keys, government identifiers or other sensitive information that is unrelated to your request.
Schedule and Event Corrections
For an incorrect start time, timezone, participant name, event status or broadcaster reference, use the subject “Schedule Correction.” Include:
- The StreamEast page URL.
- The sport, competition and event involved.
- The information that appears incorrect and the proposed correction.
- A current official league, event-organizer or broadcaster source, when available.
Schedule information can change close to an event. A report is reviewed against the best available source before the public listing is changed.
Technical Problems
For a broken page, missing schedule, incorrect status, display problem or feature that does not respond, use the subject “Technical Issue.” Include the page URL, device type, browser, approximate time of the problem and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can be useful, but remove personal information before attaching it.
StreamEast cannot troubleshoot subscriptions, accounts, billing or device support for independent broadcasters, advertising destinations or embedded-content providers. Contact that provider directly when the problem occurs on its own website or service.
Privacy Requests
For questions about analytics, cookies, embedded content, advertising services or a request concerning personal information under our control, use the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the website interaction and the right or question involved. We may request limited information needed to understand or verify the request, but you should not send unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.

Copyright and DMCA Notices
Copyright complaints must contain the information required by the StreamEast DMCA Policy. Use the subject “DMCA Notice” and identify the copyrighted work, the exact StreamEast URL involved, your contact information and the statements required for a valid notice. General support messages do not replace a complete copyright notice.

Advertising and Business Enquiries
For advertising, technical integration or other business enquiries, use the subject “Business Enquiry.” Explain the organization you represent, the purpose of the request and a reliable way to reply. Sending an enquiry does not create a partnership, endorsement or official relationship with StreamEast.
Security Reports
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting thestreameast.top, use the subject “Security Report.” Describe the affected URL, the observable behavior and the steps needed to reproduce it without accessing other users’ information or disrupting the service. Do not include exploit code or sensitive data unless we ask for it through an appropriate channel.
General Questions
For a question that does not fit another category, use the subject “General Enquiry.” StreamEast cannot act on behalf of a league, team, broadcaster or event organizer and cannot answer questions about their tickets, subscriptions, refunds, credentials or account decisions.
Response Expectations
Messages are prioritized by subject and the information provided. Copyright, privacy, security and widespread technical issues may require different review steps. We do not promise a fixed response time, and incomplete or duplicate messages may take longer to assess. If a correction is confirmed, the affected page may be updated without a separate reply.
